However, seeds are not necessarily tested, glucoraphanin levels can vary and in a home setting you are not able to test how much you get.
Furthermore age and growing method can vary, and home sprouting requires careful hygiene. They are an interesting food, but not necessarily the simplest route to a reliable intake.
